2) Insurance: Our office is currently in the process of enrolling with insurance plans as a new practice. During this transition period, we are not yet able to bill most insurance carriers directly. If you have auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury, Medicare, or private health insurance, please contact our office before scheduling care. Our staff will gladly discuss your options, verify eligibility when possible, and explain any self-pay or reimbursement options available to you at no charge.
